Let's cook italian homemade pasta - pasta fresca with our own hands. There are two types of pasta fresca: with and without an egg. We will not use eggs in this recipe. Let's see what ingredients we need to prepare homemade pasta for two people:
100 grams of flour;
100 grams of semolina (durum wheat flour);
1 tablespoon of olive oil;
100 grams of water.
Mix two types of flour first. Put the flour on the table with a slide, make a depression and pour water into it. Gently mix water with flour, add oil, knead the dough. The dough is ready, roll it into a ball, wrap it in plastic and put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Now roll out the chilled dough. Sprinkle a little flour so that the dough does not stick to the table. The layer should be 2 mm thick. Sprinkle flour on the rolled dough, wrap it in a roll with a light motion. Make sure that the dough does not stick together. Cut the roll into rings, then expand them. The pasta is ready. Now you need to shake off the flour and cook it. You need to cook the pasta for 3-4 minutes.

Via Corso is one of the main streets of Rome. Nowadays, it is considered a famous shopping center, but this was not always the case. Like every German city, Cologne is famous for beer. Kelsch (kolsch), perhaps one of the most famous varieties produced in Cologne. I would never have thought that I would touch on dating topics on BlogoItaliano, but demand determines supply. And the main thing on your website has never been.”

Today, like 100-200 years ago, performances are discussed, they argue about theaters, crushing or laudatory articles are written about performers that find a warm response in the hearts of millions of Belcanto lovers. And the Opera House in Rome - Teatro dell'Opera di Roma - is just one of those stage venues, without which it is impossible to imagine a world musical culture.

Sightseeing tours to Italy attract a lot of tourists who, having come to terms with its ancient history, would like to take away not only pleasant impressions, but also some souvenirs. When the question arises of what to bring from Italy, one of the interesting ideas may be alcohol, which is often sold in designer packaging or in the form of gift sets.
